How Packages Work
What “About a Month” Means
A package is a number of classes, not a number of weeks.
At the plan's weekly pace, each package lasts about four weeks. Your next bill is sent when the last class in the package has been taught, not on a set date. If you move a class with at least 4 hours' notice, it is made up later, so the package runs a little longer and the next bill waits.
A worked example with weekend classes
A family on Steady has 3 classes a week, and one of them is on Saturday. Over the 12 classes, 4 fall on a Saturday, so the weekend extra is added 4 times to that package. Weekday classes cost nothing extra.

3 packages: 5% off; 6 packages: 10% off; 12 packages: pay for 10.

Refer a new family and you get 20% off one package. The new family gets 15% off their first package.
Billing
Paying, Moving and Stopping
The rules are the same on every plan.
How you pay
By bank transfer, Remitly, or credit or debit card. You pay once you have chosen a plan after the trial, then each time a package is completed.
- Nothing to pay to startThe trial class is free, needs no card, and there is no registration fee.
- Billed per packageA plan is a package of classes. The next bill is sent when the package is completed, not on a fixed calendar date.
- 4 hours' notice to move a classThe class is made up at another time, not lost. There is no limit on make-up classes.
- A missed class countsIf a student misses a class without telling us, it counts, because the teacher waited.
- 7 days' notice to stopTell us at least 7 days before your next bill. Unused classes in a paid package are refunded.

Questions About Paying
No. A plan is a package of a set number of classes, and the next bill comes when the package is used up, not on a date in the calendar. Steady is 12 classes at 3 a week, so it usually lasts about a month. If a class is moved with notice, the package simply lasts a little longer.
